  • Cancellation is informed in advance due to personal reasons, not related to our agency.

  • Non-responsiveness of the client at the scheduled consultation time.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund, the client must send a cancellation request via email to academiadelimpieza@gmail.com and subsequently confirm the cancellation through a phone call to 702-328-5251. This ensures proper documentation and processing of the request.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5 calendar days, credited back to the original payment method.

Refund Policy: Our services are tailored to meet specific client needs, involving significant time, creativity, and resource commitment. Due to the digital nature and the customization involved in these services, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy once a service is contracted and payment is made.
